Guest Check is how a restaurant reaches its regulars, and how everyone else becomes one.

Restaurants have news that expires. Closing early, one-night-only special, the show sold out. Their only option is to post it to Instagram and hope the algorithm surfaces it to the right person in the right moment. It usually doesn’t—so you drive over to a dark dining room, or the table they were holding sits empty.

Follow the restaurants, bars, and cafés you actually go to, and they can reach you directly. One-way. No algorithm, no comments, no ratings. The places you follow can reach you, and nobody else can.

And the whole thing is built to leave you alone. At most one notification a day, and only if it clears a bar for actually changing your evening. Set quiet hours and we will respect them without exception.

How it works

Follow the places you actually go—and find the ones you haven’t yet.
We read what they publish and weigh whether it changes your evening.
If something does, you hear about it. If nothing does, you hear nothing.
For every place you follow, you choose how loudly it can reach you: everything, only what matters, or nothing at all.

You already write this stuff. We make sure it lands. Your regulars opt in, you reach them directly, and you are not paying to boost a post that expires in four hours. Listings stay alive for free—when you want control of what goes out, you claim yours.
